As a fitness professional I believe that the foundation of a successful training program is to become progressively stronger with constantly varied functional movements performed with high-intensity interval training and metabolic resistance training for building muscle, fat loss and improved cardiac conditioning.
U have to get strong first, then everything else falls into place! U build muscle...which burns fat...and the result from this hard work is U feel stronger, healthier and happier in all aspects of Ur life!

Each workout I give U can be customized to meet Ur individual fitness needs and abilities in order to yield the results U desire! I provide the framework...U provide the work!
My passion is to get U outdoors, in the elements and training in unconventional ways. U'll be performing functional movements, and not just reps upon reps of the same old stuff anyone can do in a gym. Fitness should be fun!
Nutrition is also a real passion for me! U know the saying "U can't out work a bad diet?" Well, believe me, that is 100% true! U can be sweating it out for an hour or more, but if Ur not fueling Ur body properly, U will not see the benefits of all Ur hard work. Nutrition is 80% of the game...U cannot ignore your diet!
And, by the way, "diet" is not something that is short-term or temporary. Diet is about forming habits and developing a lifestyle U can easily maintain for the rest of Ur long happy and healthy life! I would describe my nutritional guidelines as basic and sensible.
I don't recommend anything too special or extreme, and I don't advise avoiding a ton of different foods. I don't stress over weighing out food or counting calories...I just focus on taking in "quality" and "real" foods! I want U to maximize Ur workouts by getting the best nutrition and best recovery possible, which will set U up for future success!
Setting goals and crushing them is an amazing feeling...a feeling that becomes addicting! I'm excited to be the trainer to help U start this journey...a journey of healthy habits, strong self esteem and becoming a greatly improved version of Urself!
